The transaction includes leading brands such as Pomella patent-pending pomegranate extract; Tinofend botanical extract for immune health; Bacognize botanical extract, which has been shown to en­hance cognitive function in healthy adults; Wokvel proprietary Boswellia serrata extract, which has been shown to enhance joint function in humans; and Calzbone botanical extract positioned in the bone health arena.
